So on 6/29 about 13 1/2 months after the accident. I got on the bike. I been wanting to do it for a few months now. But stuff always came up or it just wasn't the time. It was amazing. At first I wasn't going to go to far cause I wasn't sure if I was really ready. Once I got going that was it. It felt so good to be riding again. It was really refreshing and a huge stress reliever for me. Still no memories of that day of the accident though. I'm starting to let that go cause I might not ever know the actual events that took place that day.
